Description of the float rotameter

LZ series variable area flow meter with metal measuring tube has the characteristics of simple structure, reliable operation, widely used high accuracy. Convenient installation. Compared with the glass tube flowmeter, this series has the characteristics of resistance to high pressure, high temperature, safety, visual reading, etc. It can be suitable for measuring opaque media and corrosive media. The tube and flange are made of stainless steel (1Cr19n9Ti or 316L). The hole, float in the standard version are made of stainless steel, and the hole, float and lining of the tube of the anti-corrosion series are made of PTEF (Teflon) anti-corrosion material. The LZ series metal tube flowmeter is a variable area flowmeter. When the liquid flows up the metal tube, the float moves up to a certain position where the lift force and gravity reach equilibrium, at this moment the circulation area between the float and the orifice (or conical tube) remains fixed. The circulation area is proportional to the height of the float, that is, the height of the float is the volume of the flow. As the float moves up and down, it transmits its position to the indicator externally in the form of a magnetic connection, thus causing the indicator needle to follow the movement of the float, and the cam arrow to show the flow value on the indicator. Remote power transmission means that when the indicator needle shows a value, the flowmeter changes the value of standard 4-20mA or 0-1 ohm electrical current signals accurately using an angular displacement sensor and an electrical circuit.
